This document replaces the Claims Operational Guidelines, which was previously available on this website. The purpose of this document is to provide our claims agents with the broad principles of case management and set expectations about claims agents’ behaviour in relation to stakeholders.
Case management standards may be updated from time to time, and any updates will be published on this page.
