Schedule of sums

The schedule of sums is a compilation of dollar figures set by various sections of the Workers Rehabilitation and Compensation Act 1986 and Workers Rehabilitation and Compensation Regulations 1999, and used to calculate entitlements under the Act and Regulations. Most change at 1 January each year in accordance with the CPI figures announced by the Australian Bureau of Statistics (ABS). Others are adjusted in various ways and at various times, as dictated by the relevant section or Regulation.
