Overpayments
From time to time providers may be accidentally overpaid by WorkCover. Where this occurs, in accordance with standard business practice, a credit note for the amount overpaid will be created by WorkCover and the next payment to the provider reduced by the overpaid amount. In this situation you will be advised in writing of the overpaid amount and that a credit note that has been created.
