This suite of products, produced by WorkCover SA, aims to simplify the claims experience and provide relevant and timely information. The products include a poster for workplaces with a tear-off pad of information sheets for workers, two booklets and a series of downloadable fact sheets.
All current products in the range are available to all workers regardless of the date of their claim. From September, however, injured workers will automatically receive the booklets as part of their claims process.

Injured at work? guides workers through the process of making a claim looking at what happens next and important information to be aware of. It informs workers about:
- who key parties are in the system and what they do
- the benefits of returning to work
- hints for getting back to and staying at work
- what they can claim for
- which health services are covered
- who makes decisions about claims
- how WorkCover payments are calculated
- when payments stop
- workers’ and employers’ rights and responsibilities

The road to recovery booklet
The road to recovery – returning to work and life is aimed at workers who are still not able to return to work in their usual job or hours several weeks after the date of their injury or illness. It informs workers about:
- why returning to work is important and beneficial
- rehabilitation and who provides these services
- common phrases or terms used in workers compensation
- rehabilitation and return to work plans
- independent medical examinations
- getting the most from their treatment
- costs and entitlements
- worker and employer obligations
- hints for getting back to and staying at work
- frequently asked questions
- case studies.
