Around 65 per cent of employers complete their reconciliation online. This easy online facility enables you to calculate your levy and make a payment.
Complete your online reconciliation form (log-in required)
Your username and password to log in to this secure site are included on the letter sent advising you of the last date for returning your reconciliation. Please contact WorkCover on 13 18 55 if you have misplaced these details.
You can only submit your online reconciliation once so please check your data has been entered correctly before you click ‘Accept’ to submit your reconciliation.
Please note: To use the online reconciliation facility you need to be running Internet Explorer® 6.0. You can download Internet Explorer® 6.0 from Microsoft's Download Center.

Return reconciliation with payment
Your completed reconciliation with payment of the outstanding amount must be made to WorkCover by the due date. Fines apply for non-payment.
Online facility
Whether you're an annual or monthly payer you can use the online facility to:
- To calculate and submit your reconciliation automatically online
- To pay any balance due online
- To advise any changes to your registration details online.
Your data
You will need to enter the following details:
- The amount of remuneration paid to all workers during the 2007-08 financial year.
- The amount you expect to pay workers during the 2008-09 financial year.
- When entering amounts do not include the cents – ie, enter only the dollar amounts.

Statement
To print or save a copy of your reconciliation information, enter all your data, then click Download to print or save at the end. A full statement is produced for your records. You can also make a payment at this time.
