Implementation timeframe
Many of the changes to the WorkCover Scheme come in to effect on 1 July 2008, with some of the more complex changes following later. This diagram indicates the timeline for each change to the WorkCover Scheme and when it comes into effect. Transitional provisions are in place for some items, please refer to the changes for detail. In some cases, consultation is required before an item comes into effect.
