  • Are there gender differences in rehabilitation and return to work (RRTW)?
  • What helps and hinders people during RRTW?
  • Best practices strategies for improving workers rehabilitation and return to work.

Participants

The views of a range of groups were canvassed, including employers, managers, rehabilitation providers, OHS coordinators, unions, health and safety representatives, trainers, claims managers, workers who have, or have had, a lost time injury.

Methodology

Data was collected through surveys, interviews and group discussions and was informed by a literature review of relevant Australian and international research.
